How do I pick up a package at the drive-thru?

What is the CSF Drive-Thru Pickup Service?
The CSF Drive-Thru Pickup Service allows you to seamlessly pick up a package using our hassle-free drive-thru without exiting your vehicle.
What are the benefits of using our Drive-thru for package collection?

Where is the drive-thru located?
The drive-thru is located at our Main branch corner of Ronald Street and Southern Main Road Point Pleasant Park Cunupia.
What are the opening hours for the drive-thru?
Our drive-thru will be open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
How do I pay for my package when collecting at the drive-thru?
Packages are to be paid for in advance online via credit card, PayPal, or CSF Wallet. If you haven’t paid for your package but proceed to put through a Drive-thru request, you will be prompted to make the payment while making your request.
How long after I make a request will my package stay in the drive-thru?
Your package will stay in the drive-thru for two working days after it becomes available for pickup. Once the two working days have passed, your package will be returned to our warehouse for delivery or to its assigned office for pick-up.
How many days in advance can I request to pick up at the Drive-thru?
A drive-thru pickup request can be made up to seven (7) days in advance.
What are the restrictions for picking up at the Drive-thru?
Televisions, monitors, and packages over 75 lbs cannot be collected at the window.
Can I make a request to pick up at the drive-thru if my package is on delivery?
Yes, once you request to pick up a package at the drive-thru your delivery will automatically be cancelled. However, your pick-up request can only be for the next day forward.
