Here’s a quick reminder about delivery times for our Miami warehouse to help avoid any confusion with shipment statuses.
📦 Miami Warehouse Hours
• Open: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Closed: Weekends & U.S. Federal Holidays
There have been instances where packages are marked as “Attempted delivery” or “delivered” outside of our Miami Warehouse operating hours.
- “Attempted Delivery” means the carrier arrived but was unable to complete the delivery (for example, if the warehouse was closed). The package is typically held by the carrier and reattempted within 1–5 business days or it will be returned to the supplier or the carrier in charge of delivering your package.
- “Delivered” does not always mean the package was physically received by CSF. In some cases, carriers (particularly USPS) mark packages as delivered when they reach a local post office or distribution point. The package may still be pending final delivery to our warehouse.
To avoid delays, choose “Weekday” delivery whenever possible. Where options are available, select carriers such as UPS or FedEx which have more consistent delivery timelines.
📬 How United States Postal Service works
- USPS scans packages as delivered when they are received at their respective post office closest to the Zip Code of your delivery address.
- USPS does bulk deliveries and does not routinely obtain signatures for individual packages leading to higher levels of incorrect deliveries
- It can take USPS up to 5 working days to deliver your package to CSF’s Warehouse.
- If you do not receive an alert from CSF that your package has been received by our Miami warehouse within 5 working days from the delivery notification, contact USPS to track your package.
